Do you have a privacy policy?All information given either by custom order or shipping information (name, address, phone number, payment info, even what you ordered) is considered strictly confidential. We will not share any of this information with anyone or any business without written consent/authorization by the customer.

Are you accepting testers?We are always taking requests for testing new products. Please email us at heartfelt_traditions@yahoo.com with what type of products you would like to test (home care, family, or women products) so that we can easily match any requests and contact you when a product is ready for testing that would fit you with the product for testing. We do have a tendency to use previous testers instead of searching for new ones every time we need a tester. Testers will be given the option to be known by "first name" only, "first name/last name initial", or as "Tester#" on the website. No full last names or personal information will be given. If you would like to use a ficticous name, please advise of that request on the consent form.
Products to be tested will be charged at full price. Once feedback is received, you will be given a choice to receive a partial refund on the product or a code for discounts off future purchases of the tested product.

Do you wholesale any of your products?Contact us by email listing products you are interested in. Some products are available for wholesale.
Businesses who allow us to sell their products in the store or wholesalers of our products will be given a discount code to use on certain products of future purchases from the store. Email us for more details.
